Winters are not cold anymore
I hope you’re all having a nice week so far.
Here’s a question: who said you cannot look stylish and elegant in winter clothes?
One of my favourite things about December is being able to wear all of those cozy warm knitwear that have been waiting for me in the closet all year long. As the Spanish/Moroccan girl that I am, I feel cold most of the time -even though the heater is on and I am wrapped in a blanket like a burrito-.
Every winter in London is a challenge for me. And, on a side note, every winter I become best friends with Netflix as going out to the cold is not on my top 10 favourite things to do in life.
But hey, when I leave home in winter, I try to walk out with elegance and conficence in the warmest -and most stylish- of manners.
As I have mentioned in previous posts, I believe the way we dress up builds our personal narrative: our outfit matches with the way we feel about ourselves at a given moment and/or on a given day: whether it’s depressed, fat, sexy, angry or adventurous.
I’m not sure if this is because I am reaching my late twenties, but lately I am finding in winter the perfect excuse to rebuild my narrative into and warm yet elegant look book, through clothes that still keep my touch of elegance, femininity, allure and mystery.
Many thanks for reading me!
